• The role will be varied, fast-paced, and involve supporting the running and assisting the Project Leader and CTO.
• A bachelor’s in computer science, information technology, or a related field—OR equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years' experience understanding databases, specifically with platforms like Elastic Search, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing and eager to learn.
• Can adapt to a fast-paced workplace.

• Manage and file project documents and effectively communicate relevant project information to the client and the project team.
• Support data analysis for the project.
• Present information using data visualization techniques.
• Prepare data properly and review weekly and monthly reports.
• Liaison between clients and the project team such as interviews with clients about data in the application.
• Assist in reviewing project schedules, and operations, follow up with required data, and see that deadlines are met.
• Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously.

• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build the Front-end & Back-end.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Build enterprise web-based applications and mobile applications.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work on coding design drafts to be published in a web browser.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and software analysts.
• Participate in requirement analysis & software design.
• Work and collaborate with Korean teams and CTO to ideate software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science or a related subject.
• Min. 1+ year experience as technical support or in another IT position.
• Demonstrate good knowledge and technical proficiency in server platforms such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Demonstrate good knowledge in infrastructure management and automation using one or more scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash script, Python.
• Understanding solution context with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understand network, firewall, and security concepts.
• Willing and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team or individually.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

• Perform escalation execution for support system troubleshooting. This includes reviewing flows, scenarios, and alternative solutions.
• Perform server maintenance tasks such as monitoring data backup, scheduling tasks, and monitoring server performance and capacity.
• Prepare and present regular reports and documentation.
• Prioritize and resolve any business-critical issues as they arise.
• Network device configuration and network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the technical infrastructure.
• Participate in requirement analysis & system infrastructure design.
• Work and collaborate with Korean teams and CTO to ideate software solutions.
